Defined pricing rules

Modified on Tue, 8 Jul at 9:16 PM

First view, after switching to the Repricing tab, is a list of all defined price rules.

There you can generate a file with implemented price rules or add a new rule.

List contains the following information:

  • Rule – the name of the pricing rule.
  • Status – green color: active rule; gray color: inactive rule.
  • Priority – if there is more than one rule applied to the same product, the rule with the lower priority number will be processed first.
  • Channels – indicates in which channels the price is set, e.g. Ceneo, E-shop, Allegro.
  • Number of products in the rule – shows how many products are included in the selected pricing rule.
  • Also in another rule – the number of products included in the selected pricing rule that are also assigned to another rule. CAUTION: this can potentially cause a conflict if the rules have the same priority.
  • Actions – operations that can be performed on the rules:
  • Copy – copy the pricing rule for editing. The copied rule does not include the assigned products.
  • Edit – edit the rule and its settings.
  • Delete – delete the rule.

A red triangle with an exclamation mark indicates the number of products in the rule that are assigned to other rules with the same priority.

  1. Change the priority or the products in the rule.
  2. Click on the symbol to display the list of conflicting products.

You can generate an Excel file with price recommendations for products included in the rules:
