The Retailers tab displays product data (also visible in the Products tab) grouped by individual retailers. Here, you can check detailed information per retailer, such as: the number of monitored products in their assortment, how many products they sell above or below your price or the recommended price, the total number of alerts triggered for their offers.
You select the Retailers tab from the menu at the very top of the app:
Tab View
In the upper left corner (1) you will find information on how many retailers meet the current filtering criteria, assuming they offer at least one of the SKUs you are monitoring. The displayed value changes each time you apply the filters.
In the retailers table (2), the following columns show information about:
- retailer names,
- alerts for products offered by specific retailers,
- the sources of monitoring products from which the offers of a particular retailer originate,
- number of common product i.e. monitored products offered by specific retailers on defined monitoring sources,
- the number of monitored products offered by specific retailers at a price equal to your price,
- the number of monitored products offered by specific retailers that you sell at a higher price,
- the number of monitored products offered by specific vendors that you sell cheaper,
- merged data from the columns relating to price offers in the form of a graph, with color coding, where green corresponds to cheaper offers, blue - to the price equal to our price, and red - to more expensive offers.
Basic Filters
All columns can be filtered and sorted.
Example: Clicking the alert icon opens a list of products triggering that specific alert (e.g., Significant price reductions) for the selected retailer.
Note: If you select multiple alerts, the table will display only those products that match all of the selected alerts.
You can also sort by fields such as name or price. Once your filter selection is ready, click Apply changes, or use Default filters to reset them.
In the Adjust displayed columns section (3), you can select or deselect which columns to show in the table.
Next to this option, you’ll find an icon that lets you export the current table view to an XLS file.
The left-side panel (4) includes:
a text search box,
general and advanced filters,
a section for Presets, allowing you to save and reapply custom filter configurations.
You can filter by specific monitoring sources, groups or brands.
After setting your filters and preferred column layout, you can export the current view to an XLS file.
Retailer Offer Details
To view all products offered by a particular retailer, click their name in the table.
This will open a detailed product list with the following information:
From your own product data (1–4):
- Product ID
- Product name
- Your price
- Your purchase price
From monitored sources (5–8):
- Alerts related to the product
- % difference between your price and the retailer’s price
- % difference between your purchase price and the retailer’s price
- Retailer's price
- Link to the retailer’s offer
- Product group assigned by you (if any)
- Retailer's product code (if available)
- URL of the retailer's product page (if available)
Each column includes filters, just like in the main table view. The left-hand filtering panel is available in this view as well, enabling you to narrow down the results using search input, alert thresholds, and saved presets.
Columns showing price differences offer additional filter options:
Product Groups
Although groups are most commonly created and managed in the Products tab, you can also assign and create product groups directly from the Retailers tab.
To do this:
- Open the list of products by clicking on a retailer’s name in the table.
- In the left panel, navigate to the Groups/Labels section.
- At the bottom of the opened window, name the selected product group and select the “+” symbol.
