The tab visible after logging in. It displays all the products we monitor for you, along with the matched offers.
In the upper part, you will see how many products we monitor (1), as well as which ones meet the current filtering criteria. The displayed value will change after applying filters.
Below, you will find columns with specific product parameters (2). You can also download the current view, even after applying filters, as an Excel file or customize it by modifying the displayed columns (3). In individual columns, you will find additional filters (4) that you can use to configure search results.
Basic Filters
The basic filters in the Products tab are located directly in the columns visible in the tab:
You can use them to search for products by selected parameter values:
- Product
- ID
- Ranking position - select products in a chosen ranking position or range of positions
- Number of offers - select products with a specified number of competing offers
- Price
- Alerts - products marked with selected Alerts
- Groups - products belonging to previously defined groups (in the product file or in the application)
In the left panel, you can:
- Reset selected filters (1)
- Search for products by name (2)
- Create a preset - a saved set of filters
- Select offer visibility based on availability (available, unavailable)
- Select sources and retailers to narrow the offer display
Offer Ranking
The ranking is a list of all offers from the sources you monitor (e-shops/price comparison sites/auction sites) for each product. It includes information such as the product name, price, and availability in the monitoring source.
The ranking expands by clicking the down arrow next to the product name.
From the Ranking, you can:
- Analyze offers for a selected product
- Compare your offer's position in the ranking with competitors
- Compare product prices in your store with prices from selected sources
- Check product availability on monitored sources
- Display a historical price chart - price history for each offer found for a given product
- Remove offers from the ranking
Historical Charts
To display a historical chart for a given product, select the “Charts” tab visible after expanding the product ranking:
The historical chart, in addition to the price history of the selected product at individual retailers, also includes:
- A list of competitors and information about product availability and the source of price data. Each competitor is assigned a different color on the chart according to the legend.
- A slider to set the desired period.
- Chart editing options, from left to right: shift chart, zoom in on the selected area, undo the last change, reset changes to initial settings, enlarge the chart to full screen, and download the chart as a .png file (image).
- Options for editing the display of offers from individual competitors, from left to right: bold all lines on the chart, display all non-bolded lines on the chart, and hide all lines.
- A text search field for a selected competitor on the list
Clicking on a competitor’s line or name on the list bolds that line.
Bolding can be undone by double-clicking the competitor’s name on the list.
Product Groups
In the application, you can define any product groups according to your needs.
They are used for:
- Easy product filtering
- Setting email alerts
Groups can be created in two ways:
- Adding a group in the product file - can only be modified from the file
- Defining a group by the user in the application - can be modified from the application
The assignment of each product to groups is visible in the “Group” column - for both groups created in the application and those from the product file.
Group visibility and editing depend on the user’s permissions.
Adding a group from the application:
Select the desired parameters from the filters available in the column headers.
In the “Group” column, open the filters in the header - at the bottom of the opened window, name the selected product group and select the “+” symbol.
Removing a group from the application:
It is only possible for groups added from the application. You can do this by clicking the trash icon next to the selected group name.
Alerts in the Application
Alerts mark price changes for selected offers that may be significant from the store’s perspective.
You can filter selected alerts in the application view in the "Alerts" column.
Types of Alerts:
- Positive trend - marked items where the positions of your offers in the ranking have risen since the selected date.
- Negative trend - marked items where the positions of your offers in the ranking have fallen since the selected date.
- Easy profit - marked items where you can significantly increase your offer price and remain in the first ranking position. The default value of the difference from which the alert is calculated is 10%.
- Smart move - marked items where your offer will be first in the ranking after a minimal price reduction. The default value for the necessary reduction for which the alert is displayed is 0.3%.
- Significant price increases and decreases - marks items where at least one offer has significantly increased or decreased its price since the selected date.
Alerts will appear for offers that meet their criteria after expanding the ranking.
Default values for each alert can be changed in the advanced filters in the left panel.
Report from the Current View
The Dealavo application allows you to generate an Excel report from the current view - i.e., the currently displayed data considering the set filters and column visibility. This way, you can analyze the displayed data in even more ways.
You can generate a report from the following tabs: Products, Retailers, Offers, and the Simulation step in the Dynamic Pricing tab.
To download the report, click the icon in the selected tab:
It is located in the upper right corner just above the product/offer list.
Presets
Presets are sets of filters created and saved by you, which you use most often. Thanks to them, you don’t have to select the parameters that interest you each time; you can choose a set from the saved preset.
Presets are individual for each user and cannot be copied to other users.
You can create them in the Products and Retailers tabs in the left panel.
To create a new preset:
- Select the parameters that interest you.
- Click the “+” icon next to the preset window.
- Name your preset.
