Historical report – what it is and how to use it
The historical report is a summary of all matched offers in the application, along with their prices – by default covering the last 30 price updates. The file is available in .xlsx or .csv format.
The report is generated automatically after each main price update – right after the data is refreshed in the application.
Where to find the historical report?
You can download the latest historical report directly by clicking the download icon from the main menu in the application:
If you want to access older reports, go to the Files tab in the application and open the Reports folder. There, you’ll find archived files from previous price updates.
Historical report view
Each retailer offer appears in a separate row. The report includes:
- prices from the last 30 price updates,
- ID, product name, and base price – taken from your product feed,
- percentage difference between the base price and the offer price,
- offer source (e.g., e-shop, price comparison engine, Allegro),
- shop name and ID or username (e.g., on Allegro),
- lowest offer price over the last 30 days – helps identify the minimum pricing level during the monitored period,
- if you are using the Repricing module: recommended price per channel – values are calculated based on your pricing rules.
If a price is retrieved from the product page, it will be shown in the cell – regardless of the offer’s availability status.
On request, the report can be filtered to include only available offers.
A missing price means that the system was unable to retrieve it on that day (e.g., due to an unavailable page or a changed URL).
Legend
green background – price increase compared to the previous day (or previous update)
red background – price decrease compared to the previous day (or previous update)
Report customization
The structure of the historical report can be adjusted to meet your specific needs.
Possible customizations include:
- adding extra columns,
- adjusting the date range (e.g., more or fewer than 30 updates),
- changing the format of the historical report from .xlsx to .csv.
