Files Tab

The Files tab in our application is the place where you can find all key documents related to your account. It includes both current reports and the history of some of them, as well as product files you have uploaded. If you use custom reports, they will also be stored here.

Note: The contents of the folders may vary depending on your account type, enabled modules, and the scope of cooperation. Some folders are visible only for accounts that use additional features such as Dynamic Pricing or Custom Reports.

What can you find in each folder?

uploaded_files:

Contains all product files that have been uploaded to Dealavo.

repricing:

This folder includes pricing recommendation files generated by the Dynamic Pricing module.

repricing > history: a subfolder where previously downloaded recommendation files are stored.

reports:

A folder where all historical reports are saved.

flat_reports:

This folder contains so-called flat reports in CSV format.

api:

Contains reports in JSON format, automatically generated for API integration purposes.
