How do I create groups? Are groups visible to all users?

You can create a product group in two ways:

• map any attribute from the main or supplemental product file – to do this, contact Dealavo support (support@dealavo.com),
• create a group manually in the application.

Groups, unlike presets, are visible globally on the account – this means that every created group will be visible to all account users.

Instructions for creating a group in the application

1. From the filters available in the column headers, select the parameters you are interested in, e.g., EANs, product IDs.
2. In the “Groups” column, open the filters in the header.
3. At the bottom of the opened window, enter the name of the selected product group and click the “+” symbol.
