Basic filters in the Products tab are located directly in the columns visible in the tab:
You can use them to search for products by selected parameter values:
Product
ID
Number of offers - selection of products with a specific number of competing offers
Price
Alerts - products marked with selected Alerts
Groups - products belonging to previously defined groups (in the product file or in the application), etc.
In the panel on the left side, you can:
Reset selected filters (1)
Search for products by name (2)
Create a preset - a saved set of filters; you can find more information about Presets HERE.
Choose the visibility of offers depending on availability (available, unavailable)
Select the sources and retailers to which you want to narrow the display of offers
Offer ranking for the manufacturer
The ranking is a compilation of offers from the monitoring sources you defined (e-shops/price comparison websites/auction portals) for a specific product. It includes information such as the product name, its price, and availability in the given monitoring source.
The ranking allows you to:
Analyze offers for a given product (e.g., check if products are being sold below the recommended price, check the availability of the product in a given monitoring source)
Check the price history for individual retailers - display a historical price chart
By clicking the arrow next to the product name, the ranking of all offers will be displayed. Below is an example of an offer ranking for the product “Afilador de cuchillos V-Edge Zwilling 1001799”:
Data displayed in the following columns of the ranking includes:
A list of product offers for individual retailers sorted by price in ascending order. The length and color of the bar depend on the price - the lower the price, the shorter the bar. Additionally, a color code is introduced - from red (cheapest offer) to green (most expensive)
Alert icon - in this case, a skull, indicating products sold below the list price and availability marking
Product price (optionally, product price with shipping) for a given offer
The difference between the recommended price and the selling price of the product
Retailer name for each found offer
The source from which the offer originates
Red button with a trash can - clicking allows you to remove the offer from the ranking.
Historical Charts
To display a historical chart for a given product, select the "Charts" tab visible after expanding the Ranking of the selected product:
The historical chart, in addition to the price history of the selected product at individual retailers, also includes:
(1) A list of retailers and information about product availability and the source of the price data. Each competitor is assigned a different color on the chart according to the legend.
(2) A slider to set the period of interest.
(3) Chart editing options, from left to right: shift chart, zoom in on the selected area of the chart, undo the last change, reset changes to default settings, enlarge the chart to full-screen view, and download the chart as a .png file (as an image).
(4) Options to edit the display of offers for individual retailers, from left to right: bold all lines on the chart, display all unbolded lines on the chart, and hide all lines.
(5) A text search field for the selected competitor on the list.
Clicking on a selected retailer's line or their name on the list - bolds that line.
Bolding can be undone by double-clicking the competitor's name on the list.
Product Groups
In the application, you can define any product groups according to your needs.
They are used for:
Easy filtering of products
Setting up email alerts
Creating groups is possible in two ways:Adding a group in the product file - can only be modified from the file level
Defining a group by the user in the application - can be modified from the application level
The assignment of each product to groups is visible in the “Group” column - for both groups created in the application and groups from the product file.
The visibility of groups and the ability to edit them depend on the user’s permissions.
Adding a group from the application level:
From the filters available in the column headers, select the parameters that interest you.
In the “Group” column, open the filters in the header - at the bottom of the opened window, name the selected product group and choose the “+” symbol.
Deleting a group from the application level - is only possible for groups that were added from the application level. This can be done by clicking the trash can icon next to the selected group name.
Alerts in the application
Alerts are labels for price changes of selected offers that may be significant from the Manufacturer's perspective.
You can filter selected alerts in the application view in the Alerts column.
Types of alerts - which label articles on the list:
(1) and (2) Significant price drops/increases - at least one offer significantly increased/decreased its price since the selected date.
(3) Below the suggested price - articles are marked with it if at least one offer is sold below the catalog/suggested price.
(4) Drops below the suggested price - some offers have reduced their price below the catalog/suggested price since the selected date.
(5) Promotions - articles for which at least one offer is sold as a promotion.
Alerts will appear next to offers that meet their criteria - after expanding the ranking.
Default values for each alert can be changed in the advanced filters on the left panel.
In Advanced Filters, you can select threshold amounts or percentages and the date from which alerts will be calculated:
The default values for significant price increases and decreases are 0%. This means that the corresponding alert will appear even with the smallest price change of a given offer.
The default values for these alerts, Easy Profit and Smart Move, are 10% and 0.3%, respectively. This means that the Easy Profit alert will appear on a product if changing your offer price by at least 10% does not change your first position in the ranking (your price will still be the lowest). The Smart Move alert will appear on those products where a minimal price drop of your offer, by a maximum of 0.3%, will make your offer the first in the ranking (it will be the cheapest on the monitored market).
The date from which alerts are calculated allows you to specify the days from which prices should be compared. By default, this is the date of the last update, but in the filters, you can select another time range.
Presets
Presets are filter sets created and saved by you, which you use most often. Thanks to them, you don’t have to choose the parameters that interest you each time; you can select a set from a saved preset. Presets are individual for each user and cannot be copied to other users.
You can create them in the Products and Retailers tabs in the panel on the left side.
To create a new preset:
Select the parameters that interest you
Click the “+” icon next to the preset window
Name your preset
Done!
To use saved presets, simply select it from the list by clicking in the preset window.
