About email alerts and where to configure them
Email alerts are notifications about events you want to monitor. You can choose any product group and define the type of alert you wish to receive for it. Once a price update occurs, you’ll receive an email notification.
Email alerts help you to:
- Save time spent searching for key information - many of our users check alerts over their morning coffee ;)
- Quickly track price changes for selected product groups
You can set up alerts under My Account > Email alerts or by clicking the ⚙️ icon in the app header.
Configuring email alerts
Go to My Account > Email alerts to set up a new alert.
Enter a unique alert name.
Click on the desired alert type (e.g. “Below suggested price”).
Choose one or both methods for detecting the change:
- % Percent – tracks percentage difference in price before and after the update.
- $ Amount – tracks absolute value difference in price before and after the update.
Enter a positive number representing the threshold for change.
Select the source and retailer from drop-down menus.
Choose the product group for which the alert should apply (only one group per alert).
By default, your login email will be listed as the recipient. You can add more recipients by clicking the "+" button and entering additional addresses.
Click Add alert to save.
Editing an email alert
Navigate to My Account > Email alerts. You’ll see a list of created alerts. Click Edit next to the alert you want to modify. Make changes and click Save changes to confirm.
Deleting an email alert
In the Email alerts section, click Edit next to the alert you want to remove. Then click Delete to remove it permanently.
