My Account tab for e-shop

The My Account tab is where you can manage your profile, change your password, view subscription details, access data for API integration, and – if you have the appropriate permissions – invite new users.

A summary of the active product monitoring sources configured for your account.



Password change

Option to set a new password for your account.



API Key

Information required to integrate with Dealavo’s public API:

Adding new users

By default, these permissions are granted to the main contact person within your organization.

If you don't have access to this feature but should – please contact us at support@dealavo.com.


To invite a new user:

– enter their email address

– click the green “+” button

The invited user will receive an email with registration instructions. Please note that sending an invitation does not automatically grant access to the Dealavo platform – the user must complete the registration process following the steps in the invitation email.


Note: The number of users that can access the platform under your account is limited. If you need to grant access to more users than your plan allows, contact your Customer Success Manager or email us at support@dealavo.com.
