Adding new user to the application

If you want to add new application users here is a quick guide on how to do this in the My account tab:

1. Type in the email address of the new user
2. Send the invitation by pressing the “+” button

Sending the invitation does not automatically mean that access to the Dealavo platform is granted. The user needs to finish the registration process by following instructions sent via email.

Please be aware that to add a new user you need to have relevant privileges granted. If you should have such privileges and can’t see the option to add new users in the My Account tab, please contact your dedicated account manager or send an email to support@dealavo.com.

Please bear in mind that the number of accounts that can be created is limited - If you need to grant access to more people than defined, please reach out to us.
